It was hot today, getting up to 92 degrees.



The rooster that wandered onto my property over a month ago was looking for a cool place to hide. The garden needs watering.

Then I noticed sudden activity on radar.



So I went outside and raised my hand toward the clouds, and prayed this prayer. I heard the rumble of distant thunder. I prayed against storm damage, but asked for a gentle rain. Within minutes, we had exactly that! We received a little rain but no storm damage.



The doe visited after the rain, near the mint that needed water.

I thank the Lord for the blessing of good weather…. and the temperature dropped 10 degrees so it felt pleasant again. I share my testimony here to encourage you to pray more often about the weather and to prevent storm damage.
