Many of you will weaken, as did Peter, and others will doubt, as did Thomas. But who will imitate John? Truly I tell you that if you love me, as did John, you will perceive me in all of my splendor and I will say to you: Come to me for you who are in a state of sorrow. I am your Father, and I feel the pain of all of my children. Pray, and you will feel the Lord along your side, helping you carry your cross. Be strong and accept your ordeals, and your sorrow will be lessened.
